Apartment Casa Alamo is situated within El Oasis of the Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort, a relatively new Spanish Golf Resort in Murcia comprising of luxurious apartments, penthouses and villas with views stretching over the landscaped gardens, an 18-hole golf course and the coastal mountain ranges.

Hacienda del Alamo has many facilities to complement the golf course, with a large two level driving range, a challenging course, putting green and a fully equipped golfing academy. Other activities at the golf resort include tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, football, bowls and cycling. Outside the resort and within short driving distance you can enjoy mountain biking and hiking amongst the mountains and various water sports available at the local beaches including sailing, scuba diving, canoeing, wind surfing, sea fishing.

Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort is situated in Spain’s ‘market garden’, protected by the nearby mountains and surrounded by beautiful open countryside, it provides one of the healthiest climates in Europe with winter temperature regularly raising to 20C+ and over 320 days of sunshine a year. The popular cities of Cartagena (20 minutes) and Murcia (30 minutes) are close by as are many of the fantastic beaches around the unique Mar Menor, Spain’s largest lagoon. This relatively undiscovered corner of South East Spain with 250 kilometres of Mediterranean coast line known as the Costa Calida (warm coast) in the region of Murcia is genuinely unspoilt. It is developing fast but many areas of natural beauty are protected whilst low rise developments are planned and sensitively slotted into the landscape.

Across the Murcia region a range of contrasting landscapes are all within easy reach deserts and arid lands in the high plateaus of the North West, crystal clear waters, sandy beaches and coastal mountains can be found along much of the Costa Calida and orchards filled with lemon, orange and almond trees are dotted all over the region.

The area of Murcia is easily accessible from many European cities with airlines flying into Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports, which are approx 1 hour 10 minutes and 40 minutes away from Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort respectively.

If you wish to enjoy a meal out or even just a refreshing drink, the striking golf clubhouse is less than 200m away with a restaurant serving buffet style lunches, as well as an a la carte menu during lunchtimes and evenings. You can also enjoy breakfast, light snacks or a relaxing drink at the clubhouse bar.

Flying to Hacienda Del Alamo
Murcia International Airport is extremely close at only 14km away, while Alicante to the north is 118km away. There are a number of low cost flight providers flying to both Murcia International and Alicante from airports in the UK and Europe.

Car Hire
A hire car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay at Apartment Casa Alamo. Hiring a car on arrival at the airport is relatively cheap and easy to arrange giving you the freedom to combine your relaxation with excursions to the local attractions and restaurants as you like.

A taxi from Murcia International Airport is approximately €28 one way.
